Our Story
Hi, I’m Casey, founder of Booked & Balanced Hosting.
Booked & Balanced Hosting was born from a passion for hospitality and helping others succeed.
My journey into short-term rentals began when I had the opportunity to work alongside my best friend as she launched her first short term rental in central North Carolina. Over the next several years, I watched her business grow and learned firsthand what it takes to create exceptional guest experiences while building a successful rental business.
When I returned to Western New York, I knew I wanted to bring that experience home. My goal was simple: help property owners transform their homes into successful short-term rentals while giving guests memorable places to stay.
Today, I enjoy helping owners through every stage of the process, from budgeting and furnishing a property to launching listings and managing day-to-day operations.
