1958

Congregation Founded

A small group of Lutheran families in the Arbor Vitae area began gathering for worship, laying the foundation for what would become Peace Lutheran Church.

1962

First Sanctuary Built

With the congregation growing, members came together to construct the church's first sanctuary — a lasting symbol of their shared commitment to faith.

1975

Sunday School & Youth Ministry Begin

As young families joined the congregation, dedicated volunteers launched Sunday School and youth programs to nurture the next generation in faith.

1989

Fellowship Hall Addition

A new fellowship hall was added to the church, creating space for meals, gatherings, and community outreach events that continue today.

2004

Sanctuary Renovation

The sanctuary was lovingly renovated, preserving its historic character while welcoming worshippers with updated seating, lighting, and accessibility.

2016

Community Outreach Expands
